Martina graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. As part of her studies, she spent one academic year at the Leibniz Universität Faculty of Law in Hanover, Germany, where she gained the necessary knowledge in the field of European and international law.

"I remember this period very fondly. It brought me not only a profound knowledge of European law, but also precious international friendships."

Since the second year at the Faculty of Law, Martina has been actively gaining experience performing legal practice as a legal assistant in a law firm in Prague. She continued her cooperation with this law firm even after graduating in 2009. She was focusing mainly on providing complex legal services to companies with Czech and foreign participation, participated in securing financing for her clients' projects, participated in numerous negotiations with clients' business partners, secured changes in the statutory affairs of these entities, prepared and revised contractual and other legal documentation in Czech, English and German. An integral part of the provision of legal services was, of course, representing these companies and also natural persons in court and arbitration proceedings.

What Martina considers to be one of her greatest achievements is the preparation of complete legal documentation regarding extensive investments carried out in the investor's company by an Italian contractor.

In 2012, Martina passed the bar exam and became a member of the Czech Bar Association. She continued to provide legal services as a cooperating lawyer within the same law firm, which enabled her to expand her agenda to include civil law, real estate law and family law matters.

In 2013-2016, Martina also established cooperation with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Czech Republic. The beginning of cooperation between Martina and KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL law firm dates back to 2019, when Martina took over several cases, both Czech and cross-border. As of September 2021, Martina has started her permanent cooperation with KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL.

Martina speaks Czech, English and German.
