Barbora PEŠTOVÁ

Barbora works at KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL as a legal assistant.
She is currently in her fifth year of a master's degree program in Law and Legal Science at Charles University in Prague. Barbora is a graduate of Lycée international Charles de Gaulle in Dijon, where she passed the French Baccalauréat ES exam.
Barbora gained work experience from her first year of study at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, when she worked for a long time at a law firm specializing in public procurement law, but also focused on pharmaceutical law and personal data protection. She also worked in-house at a non-profit organization and as a public procurement administrator. In the past, she has taught French and Czech to foreigners at language schools.
"I chose law because I enjoy finding solutions and seeing things in context. I believe that the role of a lawyer is to prevent problems and conflicts, to identify and eliminate potential risks before they escalate into problems. I enjoy finding practical and understandable solutions tailored to specific situations. I see law as an effective tool for setting clear rules and functioning processes that bring certainty and stability to interpersonal relationships."
She has been working at KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL law firm since July 2025. She is in charge of French clients.
Barbora speaks Czech, English, and French.
